The Yōkai with Wings Darker than Darkness (闇より暗い翼を持つ妖怪, Yami yori Kurai Tsubasa o Motsu Yōkai) is chapter 42 of the Nurarihyon no Mago manga written by Hiroshi Shiibashi.
Summary
At the Nura House, 5 years ago, Yuki Onna searches for a young Rikuo but instead falls for another of his pranks. She is relieved to find him, however, saying she was worried he had been touched by the Yosuzume, whose touch causes everything around the affected to go black.
Back in the present, Yuki Onna continues to wend her way toward Rikuo's location, while Rikuo attacks Tamazuki with his Meikyō Shisui: Sakura technique. As flames erupt from the large sakazuki cup, Kubinashi and Hari Onna are startled to realize that the two commanders are fighting each other. Further down the street, various human citizens of Ukiyoe Town - including Yura - notice the fire and wonder why the road is blocked. Tamazuki grabs Inuhōō to use as a shield, and the latter is burned to ash. Rikuo steps forward, but suddenly Yosuzume appears hovering over him and uses her ability to blind him. While Rikuo is still confused, Tamazuki stabs him with Maō's Hammer, declaring that he will be the one to restore darkness to the world.
Injured, Rikuo collapses to his knees and Tamazuki offers him a place in the upcoming new world order - which Rikuo refuses. The enemy commander raises his sword to deliver the finishing blow, but is blocked at the last second by Yuki Onna's spear.
