The Yōkai Inugami, Part 1 (妖怪・犬神 その①, Yōkai - Inugami Sono 1) is chapter 29 of the Nurarihyon no Mago manga written by Hiroshi Shiibashi.
Summary
With Tamazuki's approval, Inugami infiltrates Ukiyoe Middle School to kill Rikuo. Meanwhile, Rikuo's bodyguards keep watch at various points around the school while he and Tsurara attend to classroom duties like normal. As Inugami watches Rikuo's daily school life, he inwardly compares the enemy commander with his own and grows both jealous and angry at Rikuo's popularity among yōkai and humans. In the school's auditorium, everyone gathers to hear the student council election speeches and Rikuo's bodyguards sense a menacing yōkai aura.
