Hasebe (ハセベ, Hasebe) is a small-time yakuza broker working with Hideshima Shrine's Priest that Rikuo bumps into while visiting the Shogawa river valley and a character who received only one vote in the first character popularity poll. He eats hot spring egg ice cream and buys clothing in Harajuku. He and his cronies are scared off thanks to some small yōkai in the area.
