"Kana, 13 years old" (「カナ、13才ー」, "Kana, 13 sai-") is chapter 18 of the Nurarihyon no Mago manga written by Hiroshi Shiibashi.
Summary[]
7:00 in the morning, Kana stands up. Later she said that her dream had appeared again and that she hasn't had it recently before. The dream she had over and again was about what happened to her when she was 6 years old. At the Nura House, Rikuo practicing his jutsu in his day form. He then fall down in the river which Nurarihyon ask him what he's trying to do. Nurarihyon then ask mock him and saying that Rikuo was young he always tried to copy him. Rikuo then says that he still got some time, which Rikuo says that he will become the third because he won't see his clan led astray anymore. Nurarihyon cannot believe his ears and wonders what Gyūki has beaten up in his head. Rikuo then ask Nurarihyon how he knew that, which he responds saying that he heard that from Kurasu Tengu's sons, which he is still mad at Gyūki for what heave done. Rikuo then says that Gyūki was still thinking about the clan when he staged up the coup d'etat which Rikuo says that it was all because of him. Rikuo then tells Nurarihyon not to give Gyūki any weird punishments and that he's going to school. That frustrated Nurarihyon saying that he's way to soft and acting like a human, yelling that the supreme commander of the yōkai ever be so pure which Rikuo ask Nurarihyon why he is so angry. At school, Kana rejected a boy who likes her. The rejected boy ask her if she has someone she already likes, which she says that she has only interest in a person. The soccer club kids where been talking about Kana. Yura then shows Natsumi and Saori her Shikigami stance. Kana is then looking to Rikuo and Tsurara waiting for the moment to give him his glasses back. She wonders if Rikuo and Tsurara are dating. Yura then ask Kana what she is doing. Kiyotsugu and Shimaarrived at the rooftop giving Kana a present because it is her birthday. After that Kana opens the box, she's shocked after seeing the doll. She then heads home, which Kiyotsugu tells her that they have an important showcasing in personal yōkai experiences. Kana then is in the class feeling sleepy because she couldn't sleep after her nightmare. She then dreamed about it again which she wakes up which she gets scared and decided to go home before it becomes dark. Meanwhile Kiyotsugu then tells about the Purple Mirror and it's history. Kana runs home which an yōkai appeared saying that he found her.
